Director of Development, Donor Engagement and Qualification - Team members in these philanthropy and development jobs assist the individual giving team in reaching its annual metrics and financial goals using collaboration, strategy and a focus on donor engagement to qualify and cultivate outright and planned gift prospects. Senior Coordinator - Philanthropy, Major Gifts - Team members in these philanthropy and development jobs support front-line fundraisers in maintaining an up-to-date prospect portfolio, including, but not limited to, entering contact reports, updating metric information, and tracking metric progress.
