They also lead the coordination of pension eligibility, premium contribution processing, plan audits and assist with the IRS Code Section 125 flex administration and customer service related activities. Project Manager, Human Resources Shared Services - Team members in these human resources jobs are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of enterprise projects within the HR program portfolio with specific focus on HR services/operations and applications. Sr. Scientific Recruiter - Life Sciences (Remote) - Team members in these human resources jobs are responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, capturing candidates for designated assigned areas (i.e. Clinical, Research and Business).
