Administrative Support Jobs in Long Beach, CA at City of Hope can include: Sr. Administrative Support - Team members in these administrative support jobs provide senior administrative support that requires no instructions on routine work, and general instructions on new assignments. They also resolve routine complex inquiries utilizing knowledge of policies and procedures. Receptionist - Team members in these administrative support jobs attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. They also answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Compliance Analyst - Team members in these administrative support jobs provide support to the Conflict of Interest Manager with day-to-day operations and administration of the conflict of interest program, and may serve as back-up to the Conflict of Interest Manager at times of unavailability (i.e., vacations). They also perform regular and ad hoc internal audits or reviews or provide support for external audits ad directed within established time-frames.
