MRI Technologist - Radiology/Imaging – Orange County/Irvine

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures, manage patient flow, and oversee MRI scanner operations. This role involves supervising activities within the MRI scanner room under the guidance of the lead technologist or imaging manager. As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Transfer, position, and instruct patients regarding the procedure in order to obtain and effect the desired radiographic diagnostic results as specified by the physician
  • Operate control console for each patient's scan, including selection of proper imaging techniques and operate various peripheral hardware
  • Enter patient data at start of examination and monitors data acquisition during procedure.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • High School or equivalent; Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training
  • 3-5 years as a registered Technologist
  • Certification by the ARRT or ARMRIT
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
