As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Be involved in cancer genetics and epigenetics studies.
  • Contribute to wet-lab (experimental) and/or dry-lab (computational) research.
  • Utilize the cutting-edge CRISPR gene editing and screen approach to dissect cancer mechanisms.
  • Combine multiomics tools (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, single-cell sequencing, mass spectometry, etc.) and 3D protein structural analyses.
  • Perform in vitro (cell culture) and in vivo (xenograft and PDX) cancer disease modeling.
  • Participate in novel technology development, including CRISPR gene tiling, single-cell CRISPR screens, etc.
  • Focus on cancer types including leukemia, lymphoma, GBM, breast cancer, HCC, Ewing sarcoma, etc.
  • Collaborate with other researchers in the lab for multiple publications.

Qualifications
