Clinical Research Nursing Jobs in Palmdale, CA at City of Hope can include: Clinical Research Nurse - Leukemia - Team members in these clinical research nursing jobs work collaboratively with physicians, Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and pharmacists to coordinate care for an assigned population of patients who are enrolled in to IRB clinical research trials. They also assist in the assessment, management and coordination of care across the continuum of care (outpatient, inpatient and home) including triage of phone calls and proactive patient communication. Licensed Vocational Nurse II - Team members in these clinical research nursing jobs are responsible for the patient research tasks that fall under the LVN scope of practice, as delegated by and in assistance to the Clinical Research Nurse role. They are also responsible for any other work involved in coordination of clinical research activities within the Clinical Trials Office under the supervision/oversight of a Clinical Research Nurse - BSN. Manager, Research Nursing Operations - Team members in these clinical research nursing jobs must have the ability to influence people through the use of effective communication and facts, participate in hiring, assigning work schedules, coaching, training, complete annual performance evaluations and provide disciplinary actions, as required.
