Provides security for patients, employees, and visitors; protects buildings, assets, and premises as assigned. Works under the supervision of the Security Supervisor on shift but during the assignment works independently, exercising initiative on matters not prescribed within established policies and procedures.

Evening shift - 2:00 P.M to 10:30 P.M

As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Healthcare security
  • Reporting
  • Customer Service
  • Patrolling premises
  • Parking lot Monitoring
  • Emergency Response

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include: 

Minimum Education:

  • High School or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of security experience required, (preferably in a healthcare setting)

Required Certification/Licenses:

  • Current CA Driver’s license
  • Guard Registration card
  • Oleoresin Capsicum (OC)/pepper spray/chemical agent permit
  • CPR and First Aid within 90 days of hire
  • AB5O8/management of aggressive behavior within 90 days of hire
