We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to collaborate with the Head of the Exercise Oncology Program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the program’s operations, driving research initiatives, and ensuring ongoing quality improvement. You will implement and uphold standards for research protocol management, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures to maintain the highest quality in clinical trial management.

As a successful candidate, you will:

·       Oversee and manage research operations, protocols, and projects to align with departmental goals, including digital and telehealth initiatives.

·       Partner with leadership to forecast operational needs and develop long-term strategies.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders on clinical trials, budgets, contracts, invoicing, and data management for regulatory compliance.

·       Ensure quality assurance through participant enrollment, data accuracy, audits, and process improvements.

·       Manage staff, schedules, and workload to meet program objectives; handle hiring, training, and staffing needs.

·       Oversee research financials, including budgets, billing, and grant support, ensuring compliance and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

·       Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field.

·       5 years of clinical research or related experience, with 2 years in program management.

·       Knowledge of human subject protection regulations (21 CFR, 45 CFR 46, HIPAA).

·       Certificate in Human Subject Protection (HSP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training required.
