The successful candidate:
Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
Maintain schedules for patients, providers, and departments.
Conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interactions, and electronic communications.
Coordinate all aspects of patient care and make informed decisions to meet patients' healthcare needs.
Ensure accurate schedule and visit information to support patient satisfaction.
Complete necessary documentation and pre-certifications for treatments and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of professional experience with multifaceted online computer applications.
3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field.
