Sr Quality Review Specialist (Stem Cell)

The successful candidate:
Hours: Mon - Fri 40hrs per week
The SCT.CT Quality, Regulatory and Compliance (QRC) Sr, Specialist plans, coordinates, and leads all areas of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy quality, regulatory, accreditation, and compliance related activities including critical third-party manufacturing services involved in the procurement, processing, testing, labeling, storage, distribution, release, and administration of cellular therapy products.
Requirements
Minimum 5-year experience in hospital healthcare setting, quality, regulatory compliance, research, and data management
Minimum 5-years Quality Management or Clinical Leadership and Regulatory Compliance experience in Bone Marrow Transplantation/Cellular Therapy Program; FACT Accreditation Standards. Preferred.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree
Master’s Degree in Quality Management or Quality Assurance Preferred.
Certification
Lean/Six Sigma; ISO/CQA Preferred.
Special Skills
Leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, MS office, data management and statistical analysis programs, electronic health record system, policy and procedure writing/system, QC/QA.
Deviation/CAPA Management System. Preferred
